Did you know, all cities that permit solicitation require a business license. No solicitors may enter upon residential property in any city if a notice prohibiting solicitation is visibly displayed. No solicitor may enter upon residential property outside the hours between sunrise and sunset.

Real Estate Sign Policy
- ON-SITE OPEN HOUSE
One per property, not to exceed 3 Sq Ft, allowed only during daylight hours. - ON-SITE ALLOWED
One per property, not to exceed 3 Sq Ft, Max letter size 3 inches.
Sign riders 6″ x 24″, one per sign. - OFF-SITE NOT ALLOWED
State law allows temporary real estate signs to be placed off-site on private property with property owner’s permission.
Attention devices (i.e. balloons, banners, lights) are prohibited in all jurisdictions.
