Welcome to the Monterey County Association of REALTORS®. We value your membership! MCAR offers three different types of membership: REALTOR® (Salesperson & Broker Associates), Designated REALTOR® (Broker), AFFILIATE Member. REALTORS® & Affiliates pay dues to the Association for access to a multitude of membership benefits, products & services.
REALTOR® (Salesperson & Broker Associate)
- Request MCAR Membership application here.
- Type “Salesperson or Broker Associate Application” in subject line.
- Forms included: Application, Fee Schedule & Supra Key Lease Agreement.
Provide the following:
1. Signed application by Applicant & Broker
2. Copy of Real Estate License.
3. Copy of Driver’s License
4. Signed Supra Key Lease Agreement
5. MLSListings, Inc. receipt – when ready to lease a key
New MCAR Member Requirements:
1. Real Estate license listed with Broker on the Department of Real Estate
2. Orientation – 1/2 day
3. Contract Class – Full day
4. NAR Member Ethics Course – Online
Broker of Office (Designated REALTOR®)
- Request MCAR Membership application here.
- Type “Broker Application” in subject line.
- Forms included: Application, Fee Schedule & Supra Lease Agreement.
Provide the following:
1. Signed application
2. Copy of Real Estate License
3. Copy of Driver’s License
4. Signed Supra Key Lease Agreement
5. MLSListings, Inc. receipt – when ready to lease a key
