This training will focus on the professional standard procedures you will need to know as a volunteer and will include interactive exercises designed to model a Grievance Committee review, a Professional Standards Committee hearing, and a Board of Directors review hearing.

TRAINER | BRIAN POLINSKY
Brian has been a staff attorney for the California Association of REALTORS® for seven years and has been the coordinator for professional standards for three years. Brian is a native of the Chicago area but came to California for college, where he graduated from Stanford University and the UCLA School of Law. An avid traveler, Brian always makes sure to take an international trip each year, with some recent destinations being Central Europe, Australia, and South Africa. His lifelong goal has been to become a contestant on “Jeopardy!”
