WATER RETROFIT/OTHER INFORMATION
Each
of the three water districts has the same water retrofit
requirements, and each water district has its own water
certification form. Please be sure to use the proper form.
Every property (residential or
commercial) in Monterey County that changes ownership is subject to
the water retrofit requirements and a retrofit certification form
must be completed and submitted to the proper water agency. If the
property is in the unincorporated county (not within city limits)
and you are unsure of which water district has jurisdiction, check
the
MPWMD Map, or contact the MPWMD at 649-2500 with
the parcel number.
