Thank you for your inquiry regarding an Affiliate Membership to the
 Monterey County Association of REALTORS®.

This is wonderful opportunity for networking with our 1700 + REALTOR® members.  As an Affiliate member, you may attend membership meetings, special events, social functions and seminars.   You will receive communications from MCAR on a regular basis and we will post your office information on our MCAR Website site under the affiliate roster  section.

You may also rent our conference room at a reduced rate to use for your business needs.  In addition, you are invited to sponsor any of our new member orientations, classes, seminars and special events such as Annual Golf-Tournaments and Taste & Treasures.  This is an excellent way to advertise your company and at the same time support your local association!

 The initial processing fee is $275.00, plus $275.00 annual dues on a fiscal billing cycle from July-June.  The annual dues of $275.00 are billed in May of each year, and due on July 1^st.  There is an extra charge of $100.00 to add additional branch offices. 

 Pro-rated monthly amounts:

MCAR dues are billed on a fiscal billing cycle - July through June. 
Depending on the month that you join, the dues will be prorated accordingly.

REALTOR® Action Fund:  $49.00 (Voluntary contribution)
